The Tech Founder Track includes networking, pitch prep, pitch deck prep, accountability, and introductions to VC’s and angel investors.
The Tech Talent Track includes interview prep, EQ enhancement, soft skills, resume builder, leadership, public speaking, and supporting the development of valuable cutting-edge skills that make you the most sought-after tech talent in the world. Most top tech talent command $150k starting and have their pick of where they want to live. One of our community members locked in at $800k comp at a MANG. We get it everyone doesn’t want to BE a founder, some of us like to build the technology and continue to innovate.
This track is for engineers, data scientists, software developers, aspiring tech talent, tech recruiters, and tech sales. Think: “Big tech companies fight over you because they want your skillset to help their company grow. They REALLY want you to select them.
